Shipment request. Important!

 
Dear clients!
 
Please note, that we receive the shipment request from the section Account- Ready to send. Also you may cancel the shipment, or select a partial shipment of individual boxes in that section. The shipment request is required only for those clients, who are sending their cargo according to their inquiry, or if you wish to make an additional shipment outside the schedule. 
If your shipments are being sent according to the schedule, you don't need to request it. The earliest dispatch date is set automatically next to each destination.
You need to send your request 17 hours before the anticipated shipment. In this case, the shipment is guaranteed. The requests sent later than that will  be fulfilled whenever possible.
